Resol Card G is a point card that can be used across
all Resol Group facilities to earn and redeem points.
Membership application/change/procedure
- What is Resol Card G?
- Resol Card G is a point card that can be used across all Resol Group facilities to earn and redeem points.You can earn 1 point for every 100 yen spent at participating Resol Card G facilities.
- *Only the amount actually paid by the cardholder is eligible for points.
- *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded down.
- Is there an admission fee or annual membership fee?
- Both the admission fee and annual membership fee are free.
- How can I apply for membership?
- Please apply at a participating Resol Card G facility.
- Where can I use the card?
- Please check [here] for the list of participating facilities.
- Will I receive the card immediately after signing up?
- Once you complete the membership application form, you will receive the card on the spot.
However, it may take up to one month for your membership data to be fully registered.
- Can I sign up for the "Resol Card G" online?
- You can apply through the [Resol Golf Guide] here.
The membership card will be delivered approximately 10 days after your application.
- What are the membership requirements?
- Individuals who can register an email address (including mobile email addresses) are eligible for membership.
Groups and corporations are not eligible to apply.
Please note that a designated screening process is required for membership approval.
- Can someone else apply for membership on my behalf?
- We do not accept applications on behalf of others.
- There are different types of Resol Cards: G, H, and S. What are the differences?
- The card type is categorized based on the issuing facility:
G = Golf Courses
H = Hotels
S = Resol no Mori
Regardless of the issuing facility, you can earn and redeem points across all participating locations.
- How can I update my registered information or cancel my "Resol Card G" membership?
- To update your address or cancel your membership, please contact the front desk of the facility where you applied or the membership office.
You can also submit a request through the cancellation application form below.
Once the process is complete, your Resol Card G information will be updated or canceled.
Please note that only the registered member can request these changes.

Lost/Theft/Damage
- What happens to the accumulated points if my card is lost or stolen?
- In either case, the accumulated points will be invalidated.
Please apply for a new card issuance.
Point
- I forgot to present my card at checkout. Can I still receive the points later?
- Points cannot be added later, so please make sure to present your card at the time of payment.
- Do points have an expiration date?
- Points are valid for one year from the last usage date. Expired points will be forfeited.
Additionally, if there is no usage for two consecutive years, the card itself will become invalid.
- What items can I exchange my points for?
- When you accumulate 500 points, you can exchange them for a ¥500 "Resol Common Gift Certificate," which can be used at participating Resol Card G golf courses and Resol Group hotels.
To redeem your points, please inquire at the facility's front desk.- *1 point is equivalent to 1 yen.
- *Available exchange items are subject to change without notice.
- Does the "Resol Common Gift Certificate" have an expiration date?
- The "Resol Common Gift Certificate" is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
- Can I earn points when using the "Resol Common Gift Certificate"?
- Points will not be awarded for the amount paid using the "Resol Common Gift Certificate."
- Can I receive change when using the "Resol Common Gift Certificate"?
- No change will be given even if the purchase amount is less than the value of the certificate.
It is recommended to use it for purchases that exceed the certificate’s value.
- Are there any other point benefits besides earning 1 point for every 100 yen spent?
- Yes, there are additional point benefits, including the Birthday Special and Competition Organizer Special.
Birthday Special: Earn 100 bonus points when you use your card during your birthday month. (Applicable only for payments of 1,000 yen or more.)
Competition Organizer Special: The competition organizer (one person only) will receive 300 bonus points for organizing a competition with at least 3 groups and 10 participants.
Other Benefits: Additional benefits may vary depending on the facility.
- I have multiple Resol Cards. Can I combine the points?
- We generally do not accept requests to combine points from multiple cards into a single card.
This applies even if the cards are under the same name or belong to family members.
- Can someone else use my card?
- The card can only be used by the registered member.
- Is there a point exchange or partnership with other companies?
- We do not offer point exchanges or partnerships with other companies.
- How are points awarded in the case of a lump-sum payment?
- Points will be awarded based on the total amount of the lump-sum payment.
Others
- How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the information distribution service?
- Please contact the membership office via email at (golfcard@resol.jp) to subscribe or unsubscribe.
- *If you enter an incorrect email address, you may not receive important notifications.
- *Emails may also be blocked due to spam filters or domain restrictions on mobile devices.
- *Please ensure that you can receive emails from "resol.jp".
- How often are information distribution services sent?
- The information distribution service is sent approximately once a week.
- Can I inquire through methods other than email?
- Inquiries are accepted via email only to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Where should I inquire about personal information protection?
- For inquiries regarding the purpose of use, disclosure, or correction of personal information collected at the time of Resol Card G membership registration, please contact the Personal Information Protection Consultation Desk.
